My copy does not authenticate.
I filled the registration space with my e-mail address, as you said, but authentication window is not going through, saying: "wait". It's like this for almost thirty minutes and nothing else is going to happen.
I am properly connected to Internet, and don't know why your product is not working. (I've just paid 15 euros for sometghing that doesn't work)
Besides, once i've installed xmm, a pop up window said: impossible to load database on your language (italian). it will be loaded default sample database"
