Hi,
If the text contains the & sign, the script add the HTML code (& #38;) insted of only the & sign.
For example: it adds the original title: Astérix & #38; Obélix: Mission Cleopatré. |

Brilliant Alessio,
Slick and fast.
2 small things:
1) in the Native Thumbnails view the colour seems to be a bit off when it's fine everywhere else (almost looks like a badly compressed JPG) and it's very dark.
2) I assume you've still not found the bug stopping the tagline from exporting. Oh well I wait in hope.
Other than those 2 things it's lovely, (first time you use one of the 2 new thumbnail views it takes a little time but is much faster afterwards).

But the Tagline is exportd in the (x)HTML-DB. Please try with the moviecard :
"moviecard_01_ALL (HTML-DB Comp) modified by cortex.html"
About the Native Thumb : I have see that the colors are dark, but I really don't know how to solve this problem.
I will try to make bigger images...
If you have much movies make the HTML Thumbnails takes really too much time, but the Native should be quick. isn't ?

Yes, Native is fast.
I can't find that moviecard anywhere.
There is one in the moviecards (moviecard_01_NO_HTMLDB.html) which contains the tagline..
However when exported it doesn't show the tag line. (I know it's Non HTMLDB but thought I'd check)
They both show the tagline happily from within EMM but upon export it doesn't show up 
Sorry to be difficult.  |

nice job, here some feedback
Native Thumbnails:
- too large memory use (i killed the process by 1000 MB memory usage after 5 minutes)
(same issue with "HTML Thumbnails View" too)
==> it'S better to build and store these thumbnails in a special Folder like /Thumbs after import
Grid View:
- make it customizable, so one can choose fields one wants to see
- maybe some "right click"-options would be useful
Export:
- default directory is "C:\eXtreme Movie Manager 1.1\" must be the install dir
Moviecards: (relates to all moviecard-makers)
- next time please make all cards multilanguage compatible by using "_TMOVIE_ORIGINALTITLE_" instead of "Original Title" etc...
License Agreement:

Hi,
good to see that the software is developping
Can you maybe do 2 things in the new 1.5.
1) when I am importing a movie in the dutch version, there stays a message in the left upper corner of the importing box 'be patient....importing data' (in dutch: even geduld... importeer gegevens). Even when the import is complete the message stays there. Please check this
2)can you make it possible to select all the items in one time?
Now, for example with importing actors, I have to select the actor one by one: with more than 100 actors this is a lot of work.
Another example is when you want select movies for exporting.

Hi Robert,
If you want select all actors or all movies just Right-Click in the list, and you can choose if select them all, de-select , invert selection.
About the "even geduld... importeer gegevens", I will try to fix it asap.

hi,
cortexwave tested the new 1.5 a little bit. great. thank you very much alessio.
i´ve some suggestions:
the grid: great but i think (like eb1) that:
a) customizable grid would be great (choose columns ......; not everyone wants to show all of them)
b) right click - options would help
c) i imagined the grid like this but: a view with the grid above the MOVIECARD would be better i think (so we could see the both views together --> this would be a great thing) --> like i wrote in the past: the MOVIELIST can´t show long titles very good / i think that a OUTLOOK-LIKE view would be great
d)mouse: scroll-wheel control for the grid would be nice
e)the GRID VIEW refreshes if i change the filter (it is ok) but if i change the filters in the MOVIECARD view the grid does not refresh --> i think it shoud do automatically refresh when switching to it after new sorting
f)the column width should be saved; now it isn´t and after restart we have to set it again
ok that´s for now. i will report new things...

hmm, i dont plan to release it to public yet.
the list is coded to satisfy my own preferences
so i 'll have to generalise some settings and add some more code here and there...
unfortunately i have to do something for my education, so i dont have any time for supporting and bugfixing now
maybe in a month or two
or maybe i'll release it "as is" at the weekend, i have to take a closer look at the code, don't done it for almost 3 months
we'll see ... |

Thank you Cortex, I will "upgrade" the Grid, but in few days I want release the 1.5, so also others ideas will come out.
As you have see, I have start to work deeply in XMM and I will release new version more often that in the past.

As you want of course! I think that there is no reason to make it customizable, if people like it will use it, if not-> nothing.
