Hi, just downloaded the newest version.. Uninstalled all my previous versions.
Started the 5 release. Got the first error: This Database is not compatible It's a new installation and I have put my old database on other place.
Second: 91Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Than the program starts and I want to import my old database..
I get: Unhandled exception, has occured..
See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Hi aadnieuw,
It's strange you have this problems. What Windows you have? Your CPU is 32 or 64 bit?

Could it be that beside the Microsoft .NET 2.0, I also have installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (and the Dutch update and hotfix)? And if so, can I, without any risk, uninstall the .NET 1.1 version?
Tnx |

Hmm, tried everything, but the damn thing doesn't seem to work.. Even when I skip all the error messages and continue, the import of a small database (<60 movies) takes forever (the program counts more than 2000 movies ?)..
So, I guess, after all those years I worked with XMM, I'm stuck onto 4.8, or maybe someone could come up with another solution I could try. |
