Since installing 4.2 build one (both upgrade and full) I keep keep getting error 50003 when importing information from internet. Program then closes down.
I use win XP SP2

Alessio,
I too have the same error after upgrading to 4.2. I uninstalled 4.2 and reinstalled the full install. Same result. It happens when I add a movie then click the www button. It brings up the import window with diagonl lines through it and displays the error message(maybe the control is not registered??)
I cannot update my movie database, so a quick response or work around would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please send me a screenshot of your desktop with this error, so I can better see what component is not registered.

Hi, yes, as soon as I press www button I get the error meeesage, and it is still happining.
