Hello, I am a licensed user. However, after formatting my computer, I can’t authendicate the EMM program. It gives errors such as 'no internet' or 'blocked by firewall,' but none of these issues actually exist. Is there anyone who can help?" |

First you should try if the patch really works for you. If it works you can test it with newer versions.
TMDB still works and will be easier to fix than IMDB. The main problem at the moment is IMDB. Only JDommi was able to fix it. |

Would be nice if there would be a patch for the latest version. But 9.0.1.2 does it as long as there is no other solution. Too bad we can´t authenticate our legal versions any more.
Maybe i will do the cut by the end of the year and try an alternative movie manager. If the TMDB script won´t work any more it´s over anyway. |

Same Proble here. New Windows, can´t authenticate. Patch is offline. Does anyone still have it ?
Or where does XMM store the registration information ? Can i extract it fromm my old windows ? |

Iv'e been using XMM since 2011, I also had to reinstall Windows, and now I can't add any new movies cos XMM won't authenticate, so it's a piece of junk. It's the worst authentication system ever encountered. The Developer has abandoned everyone that has purchased XMM. it's sucks. |

Hi,
it seems that the server for authentication is down. Also the server for programm and script updates. You only can ask Alessio if he can fix this - I don't think he has the time or inclination for that - or use a patch/crack. |

habe die selben probleme, wird dieser fehler gefixt oder wie geht das jetzt weiter, weil ich nicht wirklich lust habe etliche programme zu installieren um auf meine fast Filme ,weiter zu bearbeiten ich habe sehr viele daten von hand eingetragen , das kommte ich bis jetzt bei keinen anderm program |

So I too tried the pyrexijs solution and it worked fine (You have to enable an HTTPS certificate so I suspect there is a problem with web security and certificates). I saw no mention of a trial period or a price but it does say 'try for free' so maybe it will expire.
I made a restore point before installing it and will restore to that point after using it - maybe that will allow me another go if I need one |

I too have the activation problem.
My copy suddenly unactivated itself and activation does not work
(no firewall, no vpn, no adblockers etc) |

I have the same problem with @pyrexjis. I tried @pyrexjis's suggestion and I was successful.
I could register my other license e-mail (I have 3 licenses for support).Because XMM did not accept the e-mail I used before
However, after 1 month my computer was crashed and I had to install EMM again.
I cannot use Fiddler again, because the trial time is expired.
I can't register XMM right now ( I use XMM as admin and deactivated firewal) Any idea? |

None of the suggestions solved my problem, so I asked for help from OpenAI. They recommended using a program called Fiddler to monitor the error screen and understand where the issue was coming from. I installed Fiddler, enabled HTTPS monitoring, and then ran XMM. Interestingly, the program started working! It seems like Fiddler may have set up some kind of script or something, I’m not sure, but now XMM connects and the problem seems to be gone. :) |

I had that same problem a long time ago, too. I have solved it by always starting XMM as admin. |
