Hello, I am a licensed user. However, after formatting my computer, I can’t authendicate the EMM program. It gives errors such as 'no internet' or 'blocked by firewall,' but none of these issues actually exist. Is there anyone who can help?"

I had that same problem a long time ago, too. I have solved it by always starting XMM as admin.
In order to achieve what is possible, you have to try the impossible over and over again.

Have you tried it with deactivated firewall?
