I am trying to get theimdb link from NFO, but it uses the first NFO file it finds for all files...

eg.

1.nfo
1.avi
2.nfo
2.avi
3.nfo
3.avi

it uses the imdb link in 1.nfo for all *.avi's..

I create a NFO file for every movie I save to my storage drive and put it in the same folder as the movie. Just make sure that you have the the imdb link as a complete link (copy and paste it from the website if you are not sure what all has to be contained) and ensure that the nfo file is named EXACTLY the same as the movie.
I never have problems with it now.

Hello Xua,Sorry for this late reply.

I will check, because usually XMM try to find the NFO file with the same name of movie file, and if doesn't exist it try to take the first available.

I have each movie in a folder with the same name as the movie. Inside there I have a NFO file with the URL in it. It imports it everytime....
ONE exception though, if the URL does not have www in it then it will not import it.
so if you have this URL it will find it
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0816462/

but if you have this URL it won't
http://imdb.com/title/tt0816462/

Even though that is a valid URL
Some groups are doing that now and I have to add the WWW to make them import
