I think there has been a change at the IMDB site. Just starting a few days ago, when I use this script (I use the complete one) in the areas for Length and MPAA, instead of the data I get code/text <FAQ.?/etc... |

Sure that you have the latest version?
This "random" is the XMM8 format with IMDB-ID.
In my last upload I changed this for XMM7.

After the lastest update I also can download director info, but it downloads with some random at the end - for example: David Ayer0043742
And I still can't download the original title, only the Polish one |

Hello Guys,
I have try just now Matrix Reloaded, with IMDB Fastest and I have get everything, Directors too.
The latest release of script is of 20 february...
Now I will check also the COMPLETE.... |

IMDB was fixed a lot in the last time so it will not last very long ;) |

Still nothing :( I can only select an option to not download any title at all. Plus director's info is still missing. Do you think this issue might be resolved with the next IMDb script update? And if yes, when it might come out? Thanks |

Do you have checked to not overwrite existing data, too? Maybe there is also an option in the Advanced Script Options... When you select the script for updating you can change these options. |

I unchecked the option 'Import Movie Titles From The Internet (replace manually inserted data)' in MagicScript settings, but it didn't help :/ Also, it still doesn't download the director info. Anything else I can try? |

That's because IMDB has changed their site to read the users locale. Try to NOT take replace the title by the imported one.
Options -> MagicScript: Import Movie Titles (Overwrite the default Title) has to be unchecked. |

Hi,
Ever since the last IDMDb fast script change, I have a problem - The script only downloads the Polish titles (since I'm in Poland), and doesn't download the director info. Is there a fix for that? Thanks! |

In fact LiveUpdate works correctly, but I had updated it once (I think it was Version 5 or 6) and I faced with many problems with the upadated one.
Since then, I have a fear to do that again.

Russian titles load is corrupted in the last couple of versions. Moreover the script loads corrupted titles into both field Original Title and Title, while I've set 1 to Import Original Title.
here how it looks for Avatar : Аватар (2009) - actually forum has converted the letters also, anyway unreadable.
ps: AKAS for CustomField 9 doesn't load at all. There is something broken with titles load. |

unfortunately the script is still incorrect in some fields. I don't know, which of these errors were existing before the script break from end of January. As an example I'm searching for "GoldenEye (1995)":
Original Language: English| || Russian| || Spanish -> should be: English| Russian| Spanish
Country: UK| || USA -> should be: UK| USA
Awards: htmlxmlns:og="http://ogp.me/ns#"xmlns:fb="http://www.facebook.com/2008/fbml"> var IMDbTimer={starttime: new Date().getTime(),pt:'java'}; James Bond 007 - GoldenEye (1995) - IMDb window.ads_js_start = new Date().getTime();generi -> should be: Nominated for 2 BAFTA Film Awards. Another 2 wins & 4 nominations
AKAs (titles): empty -> should be: "GoldenEye" - UK (original title) OR even better the titles from http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0113189/releaseinfo#akas

Well... almost. You fixed sript for XMM8, but not for XMM7. For XMM7 Live Update still offers IMDB (Complete) script version dated on 29/11/2012. I merged changes from XMM8 script to XMM7 script and it works fine on XMM7. So you just need to enable update of new script for XMM7 also. |
