Hello,
I have this window popping up each time I import infos from IMDB:
window title:
IrfanView

Jpg Save Error ! -Can't open file for Writing: C:Extreme Movie Manager...

I guess the script is saving somewhere the file and try to read it somewhere else right away!

Thanks.

I found out what was the problem.

The default cover and photos folder target are:
C:\eXtreme Movie Manager 1.1\covers
C:\eXtreme Movie Manager 1.1\photo

But the default script save it in the program files folder of Extreme Movie Manager.
Thus I mixed up.
Not quite sure if it's me who don't find my way :p

It's probably that the program has the wrong settings for where it should save the covers.
Under the "Tools" menu select "Configuration..." and on the "Directories" tab you will find the the path for where it is trying to save the covers.
If you installed eXtreme Movie Manager to "C:\Program Files\eXtreme Movie Manager" then it should be changed to this:
"Cover Directory" = C:\Program Files\eXtreme Movie Manager\Covers
and
"Photo Directory" = C:\Program Files\eXtreme Movie Manager\Photos
Now try again and see if it works

EDIT:
I was a little bit slow there

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

THANKS FreaKBrother!!!

I was experiencing the exact problem as Manutau. You pointed me in the correct direction. THANKS again as all is working now!!!

BTW, I had just downloaded eXtreme Movie Manager, registered it, etc, etc, etc. I am VERY impressed with it. I particularly like the feature to set a default player, then pressing F9 to play the movie file from eXtreme Movie Manager. I have a rather large collection of movie files (mostly rm, rmvb, wmv, and asf format with a few avi and mpg format) and eXtreme Movie Manager allows me to 'browse' my files in an enjoyable manner. A very nice program indeed, and for $10 USD is quite a bargain!

I look forward to visiting the forum here often!
