to fix this you must use this script instead for YEAR

#YEAR#
#STARTREADWEB#
#FINDLINE#=<title>#12##ONERROR#=*STOP*
#FIND#=(#01# #ONERROR#=*STOP*
#FIND#=/I)</title>#02# #ONERROR#=*OK*
#PUT#=0#13#

I've noticed the problem too. Unfortunately it doesn't work for titles that have /II in the year with your code.
Use this code instead:

#YEAR#
    #STARTREADWEB#
    #FINDLINE#=<a href="/Sections/Years/#12##ONERROR#=*STOP*
    #FIND#=Years/#12##ONERROR#=*STOP*
    #FIND#=/#01# #ONERROR#=*STOP*
    #FIND#="#02# #ONERROR#=*STOP*
    #TAKEWORD#=#03#,#01#,#02#
    #TAKEYEAR#=#03#
#ENDYEAR#
