I am so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have updated the software with the 1.0.0.8 version. And I have lost the previous database! I did not have such problems when updating the movie software!

I have just installed the new version, too. No problems for me after that!
Maybe you just have to reload your database again?

Ale, maybe the update has overwritten last database entry in the ini file?
I must say that I still use the example db for my own books so far...

@Marek_We: Is the databse still existing physically on your hd?
Have you moved the database folder?
Give a little more info, please. Otherwise we can only guess what went wrong.

I am using the example database, which was simply replaced/over-written by the update. The covers from the previous database are still in the covers folder. Now I know that I should have backed up my database. However, the update should have never replaced the database.

Strange, the full installation does not overwrite the example db.

Really sorry Marek, I will carefully review everything to find the possible bug.
