Hi,

I'm having some problems with the export for (x)html-db and other html exports. It will create the webpage, but the information doesnt appear instead you get values such as _MOVIE_TOTALMOVIES_ etc and no covers.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Thanks.

I can only get moviecards: moviecard_03_DivX_IE&NS.html through to moviecard_15_DivX_IE&NS.html

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

You need "special" moviecard for export the (x)HTML-DB, this because the variable that use (x)HTML-DB are different that the others in the normal moviecards.

Just edit one of it and look the HTML.

The (x)HTML-DB is made for put collections online, so not all fields are exported.

Anyway, you can use a tool, made by MemTronic, for export all fields. This software is inside the registered user's area.

Bye!

I've used GeneralDB2HTML, with no success.

I'll show you. This is my current html list, which looks great!
http://www.yuorbashed.com/list/movies/

And this is the html list which I tried using the GeneralDB2HTML (achieved same result using the export feature in program too)
http://www.yuorbashed.com/list/generaldb2html/MyMovies.html
By the way, the moviecard tab in the program works perfectly fine, displays everything!

And also another thing with html export
http://www.yuorbashed.com/list/tv/
If you look at the list of tv eps, it has 1x01, 1x01 etc. It looks like there are 2 copies, but its actually two different tv shows. Will there be a future update to fix this? I know its a "movie manager", but it would be great if there was more support of tv shows!

For example,
Roswell
Season1
1x01
1x02
etc
CSI: Miami
Season1
1x01
1x02
etc

Thanks again for your time. This program is great and has even greater potential! :)

@Blake

For GeneralDB2HTML you can't use the other moviecards, you have to use an own template.
For a reference see:

(this site is also integrated in the extended help file)

@blake

Have you tried the template (=GeneralDBD2HTML-compatible moviecard) that comes with GeneralDBD2HTML?

I couldn't get general thing working, but still the simple card etc are apart of the program. And it doesn't work? Will it work in future releases? Thanks.
