Strange thing, I just played with different views in XMM and something very strange happened. After installing new version of XMM (7.0.5.1 and 7.0.5.2) I only used new, basic view. However today I run the advanced one. For the first time it was ok, but when I closed it and run again, the main grid changed itself: instead of few columns configured by me I saw a lot of them and definitelly not mine. But that was easy one cause I reconfiguired it again and now it looks the same it was before. But when I opened basic view again (collection) there's neither movie details window nor covers and statistics panels (but they are set as visible in the panel options list). I just see a filter window, options window and a grid with the list of my movies. All other panels are not visible and I have no bloody idea how this happened and how to make them visible again. Current view is not acceptable for me.
Another problem is that I can't update XMM version, when I try to update it via XMM it just downloads 2kb file and it's over. Scripts' update works fine. Maybe there's a problem with Windows 7 which I'm running it curently. |

Yes I'm familiar with this "Panels" panel. I have all panels checked there but it looks as I described which means no details, statistics, covers panels visible.
I also installed the newest version and the problem persists. And again I couldn't update XMM via online update cause it DLs only 2,20kB file. |

Yep, that's the view I'm talking about. I tried checking/unchecking few times and it doesn't work.
I've just noticed that when I check/uncheck any of panel's the message appears on the bottom of XMM:
91 - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
UPDATE!!! Deleting the file SimpleMainWindowLayout.xml helped. XMM opened with all panels and does not generate the above message when checking/unchecking panels list. Hope I won't have it again :D |
