Hi,

I suddenly get the following error message when I try to start EMMM.
The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.
I restarted the computer, restored the registry and nothing helped. I am using Vista 64.
Any idea wat's going on and how I could resolve the issue?

Jürgen, please have a look at: http://www.clariusconsulting.net/blogs/kzu/archive/2007/11/15/41639.aspx or http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqldataaccess/thread/20aafd3d-0219-4706-abb4-e4b35aebb18e

Hi,

Have you solve the problem?

If not, please write me what exactly happens... XMM was working and then has stopped?

Ale

Hi JDommi,

you are a life saver. The second link with the installation of the access engine solved the problem. Now EMM starts up and shows my movies again. I just don't know why it happened in the first place.

Thanks again,

Juergen
