I just got this error every time I start the program, I get this error:

What I can do for solve the problem ? I try your product on my old pc with windows xp and I was totally impressed but now I have Vista and got lot of troubles :(

Hi,

Have you install the full release? please install it in a folder of Desktop (just to be sure that XMM can have completely access to disk).

Alessio ti scrivo in italiano, ho installato la versione completa su due computer tutti con vista 64 e non vogliono propio partire, ho cambiato la directory da c:\user\ecc a c:\prova la versione è quella full, grazie.

Purtroppo ora non posso comunque quello che ho copiato nel tread è lo stesso che vedresti nella schermata di errore, ci sto impazzendo da mesi perchè il tuo programma è propio ben fato ma non posso e non riesco ad usarlo su vista 64 :(

La cosa strana è che molti altri utenti hanno vista64 e non hanno problemi.

Tu sei loggato come amministratore? cioè, hai il pieno controllo della macchina?

Prova anche ad eseguire XMM come amministratore (se clicchi con il tasto destro sull'exe è la seconda voce)

ciao ) sono loggato come amministratore, ho provato di tutto ma ricevo sempre e comunque lo stesso errore. E' l'unico programma che non mi funziona per altro :(

Ciao,

Sono sincero, non sò davvero cosa dirti. ci sono diversi utenti che hanno Vista64 e utilizzano XMM senza problemi. in passato c'erano problemi legati al driver del database, però comunque XMM partiva senza crashare.

Alessio !!! I got the solution, the problem about this error it's strangly some FONT get corrupted, I just make an experiment and got all the FONTS from another VIsta 64 installation and copy it on my Vista (It's little difficult but not impossible) then I restart Vista and load the program and finally seems all work fine !
Spero di averti aiutato visto che altra gente ha avuto lo stesso problema meglio che lo metti in evidenza ;) Non mi sono arreso perchè il tuo programma è troppo fatto bene !!!!
