Hi,
I'm using the latest version of XMM 7.0.1.7
It seems Actors are not always saved upon 'Save/Exit' in the 'ADD/EDIT' window.
Example:
- Open 'ADD/EDIT' window (e.g. double-click movie in grid view)
- Go to the 'Starring' tab
- Enter a name in the 'Name' field
- Click 'Save/Exit' button
The Actor name is not saved. When opening the 'ADD/EDIT' window again, the 'Name' field is empty again.
When after the entering of an actor name the cursor is placed outside of the field (e.g. pressing 'tab' or selecting another cell with the mouse), and after that 'Save/Exit' is clicked, the actor name is saved ok.

hi,
Actors always saved upon Save/Exit.When you enter actors or picture for the films and save.New 7x not shows immediately new input.After you save you record select another film in the main grid window than select your new rcord.You see all your input saved.

I tested this and cannot confirm it. Also after selecting another movie in between, the actor field is still empty.
The actor is not saved, when immediately after typing the name the "Save/Exit" button is clicked. If the cursor is moved to another field first, the actor name is saved ok.
