Hello, For a while now, either my own EMM or some of my clients seem to be having the same issue more often than previous. The issue is that a two-part movie will not play both parts. Once part one has concluded it loops part one. In fact, when placing the mouse over the play button on EMM, the play button text indicates "play file one", which is curious as the DivX movie has been imported as two-joined files. I, of course, deleted such a movie in the database, repaired the database, and imported the movie again having the same issue. This seems more of a recent problem as I do not recall having this issues last year.
I do have the latest release as do my clients of concern. I have looked in the options for obvious solutions and, briefly scanned the forum for "will not play both files, joined movie problems, and a few others." I too have looked into J.River (the player I use) for obvious reasons. I am stumped as to why this does not take place on all two-part movies, in passing.
I entertain all advice from the gurus on this issue please...

I am simply amazed that no one else seems to be having this issue. |

I think no one is seeing this issue as no one uses XMM to play their movies. Personally I only use for cataloguing my collection. |

Hi, EMM is not the player, but the button that starts the player. The player is J.River. Whether a user may use the EMM as a database or not it is besides the point. EMM has a feature that is not working. Again, hard disk movies in two parts are not being played in full--why? The button mouseover even states "play first part". It use to state "play movie" when mouseover. |
