When I installed the new release 6.3.1.0 last week the program gets to the popup that says "installing movies in grid" and freezes.
I went back to the only other version that I had downloaded fully which was 6.1.2.0 and installed over it and now it works fine.
Today I installed the new version 6.3.2.0 and got the same results as the last version. Is there something that I am doing wrong or can you just send me the link to the last version before 6.3.1.0 and i will reinstall that one until we figures out what is wrong with the 6.3 series.
I just deleted the Registry Key and then redownloaded and installed the newest version 6.3.2.0 and it loads and runs fine now. Thanks for your help. Great program by the way. I was also wondering since the move to 6.3, I know have a column of blue "?" s in the movie listing that says media type and when I try and change it to what it actually is then the icon that appears is wrong. Like when I select DVD it shows up as a Video Tape icon, when I choose VHS it shows up with a CD-Rom icon. Can you duplicate this problem on your end?
XMM 6.3.1.0 and 6.3.2.0 will not run
