Nothing is happening when clicking on Help / What's new.

When you click on the button XMM try to "launch" the "whatsnew.txt" file that is in the root folder of XMM. It's strange that doesn't work. I will take a look.

This file isn't in my root directory. I tried creating a file and nothing's happening too.
