Hello Alessio!

How can I only update only the cast tab with IMDB script for TV series (I imported most of the series with serienjunkies.de or tv.com) and do not want to overwrite any of the other data fields (to select this option in options menue doesn't help)?

Mmmm, strange, the option should work, I will check for possible bugs.

There is a workaround: you can copy-paste the script in another file and delete all #MACROBLOCKS# you don't want import.

Let me know,

Alessio

@Alessio

The workaround does not work for me as far as episode titels are concerned. I've downloaded this episode titles from serienjunkies.de and want to keep the german titles. When I delete the #EPISODETITLE# block in the IMDB script the season/episode sorting does not work any longer. Result: Season 0 and Episode 0 for all episodes.
BTW: I've tested the original script once again. There seems to be really no overwrting protection for database content as far as TV series are concerned. For movies everything works like a charm.

Bye Byte and Happy Coding

Hi Mawu,

Sorry, you are right, this works only with Movies, the TV Shows import is much complicated. I will try to fix this problem.

Thank you!
