In each movie entry, you can specify whether the movie was 'seen' - (a radio box just beside the "Orig. Lang.:" field).
Could you add an option in the CustomTreeView where you can filter the "seen" field.
Note: "Seen" is different from "SeenWhere" and "SeenWhen"

It might help if you go about it like I did, which maybe overkill, but it works!
I saved the current database in a back up file, then uninstalled the old v1.4 Movie Manager. Installed the full version of v1.5 and copied the back up file back into the new database directory - hey presto, it all worked.

Hi,
I don't know what can be the problem, but if you choose to install only the upgrade you must be sure that XMM is not running.
For be sure do like The-Gent, install a fresh 1.5.

I have already this problem but for me, it's that my mdb files where read only propertie. Maybe it's the same problem.

I must be one of those lucky ones. Never had ANY problems with EMM. 4-5 updates to newer versions and all went by the book.
