Sorry Jorshua,
I haven't answer because I haven't find a good procedure yet. As I wrote, I have use the MD5 that is inside .NET framework, that should work correctly.
I hope to find an alternative soon.

Now I want to ask who is the boss, of course Alessio, who else.
I tested 14 times the program for bugs, md5 sum is working very good, no problems, always the right sum was calculated. Thank you again for fixing that annoying and very important for me bug.
I will keep helping you with making that program the best what can be found in the net.
