I just bought EMM and have been playing around with it for a couple of hours but can get nowhere on covers. Whatever script I choose to import data the covers never get transferred to the "Covers" folder. One of the cover jpg's does download into the "TempDir" folder but the rest are lost. If I try the manual approach and point to the cover in "TempDir" EMM reports "C:\...\TempDir\buffercover.jpg Taken!" but nothing else happens, the cover never gets copied into "Covers".
I must be doing something fundamentally wrong. How can I get the automated cover download to work? Why isn't the manual approach working? Please help.
