I would like to keep my emm database on a zip disk. I would like to keep my emm program files on my hard drive. What directories do I need to move to the zip disk and what configuration changes do I need to make to do this?

I would like the entire database on the zip disk, db, cover images, etc.

Thanks

Steven

It is. Right under "C:\Program Files\eXtreme Movie Manager" I have both "MagicScriptEditor_1.exe" and "MagicScriptEditor_2.exe"

I think that is a problem of runtime files, but at this time I haven't find exactly the problem.

Please be patient, can you write me again all problem you have, because with the new release maybe someone is fixed.

Thank you very much!

OK, here is a list of the problems I have found:

1. Clicking the help button anywhere or selecting Help from the menu does nothing (however, all other items under the Help menu work).

2. Clicking on the cover box in the MovieCard view brings up the file explorer and returns a script error message.

3. Selecting Magic Script Editor from the menu returns a runtime error and exits XMM.

4a. Covers are imported from the web but never saved.

4b. Actor pictures are imported from the web but never saved.

5. Covers manually assigned are not saved. XMM returns the message "File taken" but the cover is not actually transferred to the Covers folder.

6. Clicking the button "Import Actors with Default Script" returns error message "File is no AVI".

7. Clicking the Edit button in the "Magic Script Import Engine" window or in the "Script Manager" window does nothing.

8. Script engine is not reset between imports.

A long list. I hope you will be able to find out what's causing these problems because XMM is a great piece of software. Getting it to work as intended would make it truly brilliant.

One more. If I go into the file explorer and manually place a cover in the Covers folder, it appears in the normal and thumbnail views but not in the moviecard view.
