Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section but I would like to get some assistance for installing and configuring the andriod app. I have followed the full instructions but cannot seem to get this working.

Sorry, as I don't have a smartphone - yes, those people are still alive *lol* - I can't say anything to that.
