Yes. But I don't know exactly what you are think of as some people speak of updating when they wanna import data while others think of actualizing previously imported data.
1. Newly importing the actors of selected movies: Context menu: Tools -> Update All Actors of the Movie
2. All Actors: Select People in the TreeView then filter the GridView to show only Actors/Actresses (Professions contains Act) and re-import
3. No Crew Members - only IMDB (Complete): In the script options you can chose to import data for the crew members

I meant actualizing previously imported data. I'm not able to filter grid view to show only actors. They are showed even Directors. I don't find "Actors/Actresses (Professions contains Act)" https://s4.postimg.org/r3vjdt6od/Img_15_08_2016_11_16_32.jpg
Also, is it possible to create new filters? I don't know how to do it
Okay, then let's go Actualizing is possible by Re-Importing out of the GridView. This function calls the previously used script once more. To take affect you have to set the options to overwrite existing data. For that you have to unmark Options -> MagicScript -> Add Values only if the Field is Blank. For the filter do a right click inside the People's GridView and call Filter -> Edit current Filter. Here you have to chose the settings "Prefession Contains Act". Maybe you could use "Begins With" instead of "Contains". When ready with the filter you can save it by Filter -> Save current Filter.

If the filter is added to the TreeView? I don't know. But selecting from the GridView's Filter is possible. I did not have tested all the filter functions yet...
I would use the Re-Update function.
