Posted - 13 Nov 2002 : 10:05:05 I have discovered that if you want really good covers for you movie database, do choose "DVD Empire". They have scanned the covers with a good resolution, thus making them look sharp on your screen. You can even have the back of the cover, which ain't all that common.
Remeber to save your covers and not only your databases if you format your harddrive. You only have to keep the folder "Covers", created when you install "Extreme Movie Manager".

Posted - 31 Jan 2003 : 17:17:42 @eb1 Yes. I had noticed that. Sorry what I'd meant was that there was NO difference as far as EMM was concerned.
I can try and make a working script for ofdb but it may take some time as I am NOT particuarly familiar with the scripting yet |

Posted - 31 Jan 2003 : 16:15:00 there is a difference (so not only the interface is changed), for ex.: http://german.imdb.com/Title?0281373 Alternativ: Winterdance (2001) (USA: working title) Snow Dogs - Acht Helden auf vier Pfoten (2002) (Austria) [de] Snowdogs - Acht Helden auf vier Pfoten (2002) (Germany) [de]
http://us.imdb.com/Title?0281373 Also Known As: Winterdance (2001) (USA: working title)
so in the second case there are no foreign titles for the movie
but since one only can add the movie title to the Original Title - Field, one still has to add the Foreign Title to the Title-Field "by hand" after the movie import.
I suggest for this www.ofdb.de as a source |
