Hi!
I have problems with proxy configuration in eXMM! First, when I configure proxy in configuration window, looks everything ok. But when I restart application, all proxy info is gone, only checkmark is there to show that I want to use proxy, but proxy server and port textboxes are blank!

Same after restarting eXMM:
Second, when I enter proxy server and port, and try after this import some data from web, then I get always error like this:
All other programs works ok with same proxy settings?!?! (browsers, time sync, other DB-s) And I dont have firewall in my PC!
Is this Bug, or just my eXMM version (2.9 b2) doesnt work with proxy?

I found solution for this!
Looks like eXMM doesn't save/load proxy info into/from config.cfg file! When I open this file with MS Access and then enter proxy info into conf table and save this, then all works perfectly. But configuration window still doesn't show saved proxy information :(
I cant access internet without proxy! Without proxy, same big error message "...check proxy...".
I give my win conf to, maybe this helps solving this problem:
Windows XP Pro SP2
MS Office 2003
NOD32 (antivirus)

Sorry for my english.
Have you setting proxy connection in internet explorer?
I use proxy and have fix the error.
Important, i not use iexplorer for browser. |

Hi,
Have you try to import data without select proxy? I mean by unchecking the use of proxy.
In some PC XMM can download information with the "first" engine also if you have a connection by proxy.
About the setting's save, I will take a look for correct the bug.
