hi

I have a collection over 400 movies and i noticed emm is starting to get a bit slow (and database gettin a lil bit too big (5mbs)

i was wondering whether its possible to have different database interact with each other. The main window would list movies from all selected databases. but when scrolling through the movieslist just a single database at a time should be "open"...thus increasing speed ( i think lol) If this is total bull**** just ignore it...

Anyway cheers and thx for a wonderful program

Hi Ericb2038,

Really thank you very much for these cool and useful suggestions!

We will take a while for implement it, so maybe will be ready for the 1.6 or 1.7, but sure we will try to make it.

About HTML-DB related : I don't know if will be possible add more "sort-indexed" things, because the file created will be really too much!

However, I will speak better with MemTronic about this.

this is really a very good idea to speed up asp/html-page loading (those ~1 MB covers take a while to load on a slow link )

it would be better to generate these thumbnails direct after import, to use them not only with HTML-DB
