I got a collection of over 900 movies, and im currently using
Movie Library. Now after seeing eXtreme in action I was
just blown away by the amazing amount of features, and I would like
to buy this program instead.

There's just one problem.

It took me ages to add all those movies in the previous program.
And I thought, wouldn't it be excellent if one could import a simple
txt file with a list of the movie titles.
This way with one extra feature one could import from many other
similar db programs, and with the chain script, getting the data
for all of them after import would be a breeze.
Most moviecollector programs have a report to txtfile feature.
I would think that after checking out eXtreme most ppl would switch
to this program, but it will be hard for people who already have large databases in other programs to quickly switch.

Just a thought...
What do you think?

You are right. The problems of Genres comes out because the IMDB Script takes more that one Genre. The only was is to Group the genres or delete the genres not needed. I will take a look.

I like the idea of more views for thumnail view!! sounds great, but one problem Ive seen with sorting is genere. They have so many generes that its almost impossible to sort via genere and get something useful out. Still I would think that would be the most useful way to sort (often). Is there possibly a way that you could combine generes in the sort? so all generes would be in a big list somewere (all that are in your movie set) and then from there assign a group of generes to one genere?

thx again for my favorite program,

Wiz

Hi

1. I will fix it.

2. At this time you can have only 1 customized treeview, I don't know if I can add more.

3. The thumbnail view will be completely re-written in the next release, and will be more quick.

Thakn you!

Hi Alessio,

1. More icons would be great but what I meant was that when you switch to a view where the title is not the first field, all icons change to the VCD/SVCD icon (regardless of the actual media). In a view with the title first most media have their own icons.

2. I would like to be able to save customised trees.

3. Another thing that would be nice is if you could sort the thumbnails in the thumbnail view using other sort orders than movie title.
