Hi,
today I tried to build a moviecard compatible with HTML-DB (Reason: I want to rebuild the handmade movie database on my Website http://www.wunderlin-online.de/film/film_index.htm with the amazing one-click-html-db-export of eMM).
Therefore I've some questions:
- How can I inegrate pictures?
- Only several fields are exported to html-db. How can I export the other ones (e.g. "custom fields", "music" etc.)?
Is there a reference or user guide for html-db-comp. moviecards?

Note: I'm using eMM 1.1, because at the moment eMM 1.2 only export the whole database, selection of movies is ignored by the engine.

Bye
Mawu

@djdafreund

Tell me whatever you like...BUT...

When I do a "search" with just "export"...
I GET RESULTS where th 7th result "Export to HTML Bug" covers EXACTLY your problem!

Edit1: got your mail!
Edit2: If this still is not the correct answer to your problem... You simply have to be MORE PRECISE in describing your specific problem!

so long...

@MemTronic
Ok, just so you know, if you search for the keywords you gave as example, the only response you get is, how bout that, "DJDafreund-Some moviecards not working right?", and if searched for ANY keywords instead, and ALL of the responses i have read which were pretty much the exact same ones i read the other day for 2 1/2 hours straight, did not answer my question. A lot of them didn't even have a response yet. If requested, i can add a personal message with EACH and EVERY one and main response showing no answer to my question, Would not be a problem. So, since i am getting slightly frustrated now with someone answering with 'Look or search in the forums' without having any clue to what i have done or not done (since i spent 2 1/2 HOURS) yet that i resorted to, heaven's to bid, asking someone for help after reading SO many posts and STILL not finding an answer to my question. So, could anyone else out there, with experience, have an answer PLEASE??

PS- If you take this offensively, read this post 1st, then re-read yours again and maybe you'll understand the reason for my response a little better. If you still don't get it and think i'm just being mean, do a 'search' for the answer . This is not meant to be mean. Just informative.

PS2- I also read the entire instructions over 3 times, and never saw (even in the moviecards help section) anything exept for a sample showing one, no help at all. I looked at anything CLOSE to any keywords similar to my question topic for 2 1/2 hours before even asking my question, and found nothing. My mind is very open.

@djdafreund

Correct arguments... so let's go on...

But it really is that easy:

1. with search for "export" / "html-db" / "moviecards" / "fields" you will get a lot of usefull info!

2. by "searching" any forum = you will realize that there often is some info found = YOU (the one having problems) not have thought of before but appreciate once found!

@All
=> stop living in your tunnel = become more open-minded! ...you will benefit!

so long...

What system am i using? A sega dreamcast, could that be the problem??? (LOL)
WinXP Home with Athlon XP2200+ with 640megs of PC2700(333mhz ram) and SBLive! and GF4 with tv-input/output, 120gigz of hdspace, dvd,cd-r/rw 52x. Hopefully that should be enough.

I did try to search BTW, but like the other supported member also mentioned, if you don't know what the proper keyword is to get any shown result, you have to ask for some help in these forums and hope for help in the right direction. Could you please offer either an answer (if a quick one) or at least what to search for? I've been reading quite a bit on these forums already (all day yesterday on my day off).

Thank you for any help.

Seems like I have the same problem with the red X instead of the image. I searched in the forum for the solution, but you know sometimes you have to find the right keyword and be lucky to find what you are looking for. So if you know the solution it would be kind of you to write it, instead of what you wrote above :)
Thanx!

1. "seems not to work on my system"
=> WHAT system are you using?

2. "Update, i noticed actually that all the moviecards with the 'IE-only' or 'IE/NS' aren't working. How can i fix that?"
=> By reading through this forum!

so long... and we even provide a "SEARCH" function!
