hi,
and thank you again for the best movie library in the world :-)
here i have some suggestions for you:
1. is it possible to choose how we want to start EMM? i would like to start it directly in the moviecard mode because i like this view more than the NORMAL view.....
2. what do you think about the MINI STATISTIC window floating (or a possibility to make it floating if we want....). what i mean is that i would like to use it in the moviecard window also and now i have always to switch between the views to see it. there could be an option to release the MINI STATISTIC and use it in moviecard window. the MINI STATISTIC could lie in front of EMM as an little standalone window...
3. the loan history window could need some improvements ;-). is it possible to make it a little user-friendly? i would like to personalize this window too.
--> things like the possiblity to change the columns in the table would be great: i would like to see the cdboxid and some other things like number of cd´s...
--> could we also click on the movie and the moviecard for this film would be openend?
--> some more information in this window would be great: for example one time-period could be given (10 days or something --> we could also specify this period)
--> we could also see the days the movie is still loaned out
--> the name of the borrower with a link to his data (i´m not a professional movie dealer but i like such things :-))
--> changing the column width would be cool
--> little window in the main window could show the overdue-loanouts (scrolling)

hi alessio and thank you very much for your answers. i´m very happy to hear that some of them will be implemented in the next releases. thank you.
i´ve something to say about point 5)
--> with the range for the CDBOX ID i mean a format for this field; i use for exmaple 0133cdr-t7 --> what i mean is that the program knows which CDBOX ID comes next: 0134cdr-t7 (so we could say to XMM only to change the number : 0xxx and let cdr-t without changes)
--> t7 means a bag to collect cdr´s: i have for exmaple 7 bags. we could say to XMM that after for example 96 cdr´s a new bag begins (or a new rack or ....) then XMM would change (or know the numbers for the next cd ....)
--> with the format "SERIES - EPNUMBER - TITLE..." i mean a format for the title-field in the edit window --> i could right-click on an episode of a series and then click on "MAKE NEXT EPISODE..." and XMM could make a new one with the title: SERIES - NEXTEPNUMBER - NOTITLE.
--> perhaps XMM could automatically download the next episode from tvtome.com (???): do you think it is possible? if XMM knows one episode, could it find the next on tvtome?

Let's answer :
1) 3) These are cool suggestions, and also if it's not easy to implement I will try to do it. As you know, support series is hard, because the structure of a movie-based database is not good for this kind.
2) Yes, should be not so hard. Please, if you have good icons please send it to me!
4) Yes, will be ready for the next release.
5) You mean put all these info ("SERIES - EPNUMBER - TITLE...") in the BOX ID Field? because the space is not much!
6) Italian people will do it : with thother my software called GuidaTV :) , but I hope to make it available for all
7) No, I haven't worked on it on these months. However, I will take a look, because it's a nice feature.
Don't worry Cortexwave, we will continue to work on XMM for a long time, and everyday!
