Posted - 14 Dec 2002 : 19:08:37 Hi First i would like to say that this is a very great tool i have ever seen. Everything is just great. I have some suggestions to share with you. First I just have a request about MASS CD ADD feature.
In the MASS CD ADD , there is " Starting CD Box ID" part. I have a lot of movie and i would like to label them alphabeticaly. Something like below
CD Box ID --------------Movie Name A1------------------------Alien A2------------------------All About You A3------------------------About Me B1------------------------Bring it B2------------------------Be My Baby
You see the movies' Cd box are also alphabeticaly and the numbers are increasing.
So if we can also choose the letter it wolud be very great. For example when we import the moviez which starts with "A" we would select the "A" letter from the CD Box ID and a number. So it will increase the number with the letter.
I dont know if i can make my self clear :=)
Another suggestion for Mass CD Add :)
For Moviez which are 2 CD there is a problem.
Fro example lets assume taht we have Triple X on the CD and it is 2 CD. Most of us label the movie name like "Triple X CD1.avi" and "Triple X CD2.avi"
When we want to import these movies the First we insert the first cd and then second cd. The program gives "Triple X CD2" as title of the movie. But if it can omit CD2 and it will be very great. I mean it will be very nice if it can change the title to "Triple X" it wiould be very great. I saw this feature at some catalog programs. I can not remeber the name but.
Any way. These are my suggestions. Please let me know if I can make myself clear. If there are points that you couldnt understand let me know

Posted - 16 Feb 2003 : 19:14:16 Right. I've tried it in moviecard 2 (in the new batch) I've copied the EXACT format from the line above and still it doesn't work: <tr><td class=C1>Creator</td><td id="mRipper" name="mRipper" class=C2>_MOVIE_RIPPER_</td></tr> so I used <tr><td class=C1>Tagline</td><td id="mTagline" name="mTagline" class=C2>_MOVIE_TAGLINE_</td></tr> In EMM it shows up perfectly.. BUT once it's been exported it doesn't show up at all!!
I've tried using the 1.2 beta's executable in the 1.2 final directory and it exports perfectly!! Just in case that helps at all!! |

But the second it's exported to the Html-DB the tag line dissappears.
Has something in the export engine changed??

Posted - 14 Feb 2003 : 17:23:19 Hi Akira,
It's strange, I have try it and works! The variable for the (x)HTML-DB is mTagline :
<div class="C4" style="top:400px; left:40px; width:649px; height:171px" id="mTagline" name="mTagline"> </div>
Please be sure to use the LATEST MovieCards, I have upload a pack of it just today.
