Posted - 13 Aug 2004 : 00:19:06 Hi! I'm new here. I recently bought eXtreme Movie Manager and I would like to make two proposals for a future release.
One thing I've been missing is a "Select All" button within the actors' list in the ScriptEngine window when I need to import details for never-web-imported actors. The "Select All" button can also be useful when importing movie details. The scenario here is if I need to import a specific field that is missing from my default script on all my movies. Now, it doesn't matter whether you are importing in Normal or Chain Mode since you still have to manually select all the listed entries. Currently I have to click every single entry in the ScriptEngine window for actors or movies to import details for all of them which is not very flexible and certainly very time-consuming. :(
Second feature suggestion is to be able to produce thumbnail views on a selection of my movies and not just for all my entries in the database. This can be very useful when creating index cards for every individual disc-wallet you probably have. As an extension of this feature it would be great if we can also be able to arrange the order of the selected movies prior to the thumbnail view creation to reflect the order someone has physicaly stored his/her movies. Of course results should be printable.
Thanks a lot for your time and keep up the good work.
Kind regards, Panos |
