Posted - 07 Aug 2004 : 16:06:30 Just wondering if its possible to add something that will strip out all file details after the title.
Byt this I mean, for group releases there is a set filename: Title.Year.info.Source.Code-Group.avi
For example: junk.2000.uncut.unrated.dvdrip.xvid-nasamo.avi
Now reading that in you get: junk.2000.uncut.unrated.dvdrip.xvid-nasamo and running cleanup: Junk 2000 Uncut Unrated Dvdrip xvid-nasamo
is it possible to add a checkbox to truncate the filename, so it ditches everything from just before the year to the end. ie: junk.2000.uncut.unrated.dvdrip.xvid-nasamo = junk
Might be a bit tricky because you have to check for a number, but if you set it to search for the first four digit number, starting 19 or 20, you can then jump back to the period before and remove everything after.
Would make importing group releases a lot easier :) |
