Nevermind it, just added the .mov extension in the OPTIONS / FILE READING settings and all is well.

not with .mkv, no, sorry for the confusion...

I have problems with .mov files though, those encoded in 3ivx. I just realized when the program scanned the hard drive, it missed all of them...

I can fix it manually, but I thought you should know.
