Can you put a higlighted ( black ? ) square around the selected moviecard in thumbnail mode, so that you know where you are on the screen ?
...I know you just need to look at the moviecard details to find out; but it's easier to locate the image each time if you don't have to focus your attention to the moviecard, then back to the thumbnails, then reading the titles and look to the corresponding alphabetic position...
You get the idea...
I would also like for the 'square' to behave like a cursor; so that you can scroll up/down/left/right with the arrow keys, instead of having to position you mouse over the 'soft' arrows and column on the right.
I just think it would make the XMM experience more pleasant and streamlined.
My 2 cents...
...oh, the same would work in shelves mode, of course...
