Posted - 07 Nov 2008 : 12:58:55 Current guide coming with XMM seems older than the current technology. It does not cover the new features of fourth generation.
I understand that binaryworks leaves the scripting to the customers, then I believe there should be a decent documentation for us to refer.
http://www.alessioviti.com/magicscript/ seems to be last updated in 2002. Also, I believe http://xmm.a.wiki-site.com/index.php/MagicScript_Technology_Programmer%27s_Guide is last properly updated in 2007.
I urge everybody to whom it may concern, to begin a renewal project of every skipped subject over the years, about eXtreme Movie Manager (Including the main page updates for new customers).
I know there are a lot of work to do, but these are also part of the job that desperatly needs to be done.
Kind Regards,
Erke
PS: If it's wished, I may help in any part of these jobs, as long as my skills allow me. |

If I can learn scripting good enough, I'm planning to fix and update the script for mynet.beyazperde.com
Thank you for your reply.
Take care, Erke |

Posted - 23 Nov 2008 : 20:22:31 Hello Erke,
This is much appreciated effor. Although I can't help in updating the documentation but I plan to write a script for http://www.impaward.com and http://in.movies.yahoo.com. I have been waiting for a good documentation. If a decent documentation becomes available before this holiday season then I might write a script during the holiday season.
Regards, Shaurya |
