Hal J, Many of us have been using this wonderful program for years, and we have come to appreciate the work that Alessio does, and we are very happy, and would like Alessio to keep enjoying the effort he puts into XMM.
I recommend you to direct your energies to MS so that they fix, for example Office 2007, Vista, etc.

Alessio, please, I still would like to have the new template. You could try to implement a basic report generator, so anyone could do this. |

Yes it's a paid for program - but do you also pay for support.? Whay about paying for all the upgrades and bug fixes he does. The price you paid was also not a large amount. Have you donated any extra money to help with the development of this application.? I haven't so I don't expect much.
If you are not willing to pay for a quick and speedy service, don't expect one. I am sure Alessio does not make much of a living out of this.
Also, what rights do you have exactly.? |

Man, more than 1 month to do a simple report is something that I can't concern. I want to print my list and the provided ones don't do it the way I want. period.
It's a PAID program and I have my rights, he's not doing me or you a favor or gift. He's a cool guy, but his support is not so cool...
And before I forget, mind your own business! |
