Posted - 05 Oct 2012 : 02:44:07 The Boxset Database does not get a separate ID but is assigned a "Movie ID" along with the other movies in the Movie Database after importing from XMM7 and renumbering the Movie ID alphabetically. |

The only thing lacking is a process to Renumber Boxset IDs alphabetically. Giving a separate ID to Boxsets helps us to ascertain, how many Boxsets we have in our database at a glance. |

Posted - 06 Oct 2012 : 13:57:19 I totally agree with you. For me a movieid for boxsets makes no sense at all. I would prefer an organisation form like here:
Boxsets are sorted in the movie list in grid according to the movieIDs of the associated movies. But I think be have to live now with the current solution.

Posted - 06 Oct 2012 : 10:26:51 Sorry to say that if this is a feature then its wrong. Because a Movie ID can be assigned only to a movie itself and not to a collection or boxset. A boxset can only be assigned a separate ID and not a Movie ID. |
