It has been mentioned long ago, but it is still pending:

Filters and selections applied in the Grid are not respected in the File Manager (Movies) window/list. This makes it impossible to manage large sets of files.

Also, in the File Functions > Rename Files, the field Subtitles is not supported. Could you please add it?
