My Can Not Upgrade Properly to New Version (With Out Having to Shutdown & Restart)

This has happened with around the Last 3 Upgrades.
I manually Download the Full Version From you website

I Exit Extreme Movie Manager me either By Clicking On Close or the X In Right Hand Corner .

then I Click on the update ,Next , Accept Agreement (next)( Click On Save Location ( This Is My documents Directory)Next ,Start Menu Folder ,Next , Select Additional Tasks , Next , Click Install ( Then It Will Say Installing ( Creating Directories) This Is Where Is Usually Freezes (Hangs)

The Only Way I can finish is to END TASK (TASKMANAGER) Then Shutdown & Restart

The Reinstall Upgrade ( This normally Fixes the Problem)
