Hi,
Upgrading to 7.0.4.6 has disapeared the icon next movie title in default Movie Card. Now in that place is a little red "x" into rectangle for icon. I think there was an icon for upgrading from internet.
Another thing: when starts XMM is focused into a movie that is not first, last, selected in previous session or last entered. Every time the same.
And ... XMM has created in DB_photos an entry "0-.jpg"; there exist also "0-_1.jpg" and "0-_2.jpg". 3 entries with 3 different actors and I have no ideea who is there. When I update an actor, from internet or manual and come back to DB, XMM shows the same photo "0-.jpg" which is the first one in database. I think that is a mistake because I am not working with this one.

Sorry, but I have another problems with 7.0.4.8.
1. XMM don't want to import covers from IMDB (in 7047 was the same). I think that Cover Manager have some problems because I can't add pictures from files or clipboard. I have added the movie "...continuavano a chiamarlo Trinità". In Database cover folder exist "1810-...continuavano-a-chiamarlo-Trinita.jpg" but XMM don't want to display this picture. If I try to paste another picture in Cover Manager initial picture from DB cover folder is replaced with this new one but it is not displayed. I have removed "..." from movie title but problem remain: can't add pictures. I have made a full install after I have removed XMM 7047. What can I do? or maybe can you doing something!
2. In DB cover folder I have found some files about I don't know nothing. All refers to TV-Shows and are 285 b size.
Ex: "20090501151548296-Rome-Death-Mask-2-7.jpg.jpg" (1x1x16M) 285 b
"20090726212211562-Heroes-Don-t-Look-Back-1-2.jpg.jpg" (1x1x16M) 285 b
All episodes have an one pixel picture like that in the ex. above.
3. In DB cover folder exists 3 files (.jpg, _0.jpg and _1.jpg). All are front covers for movie <Attila>; ".jpg" and "_0.jpg" are the same. This is not the 1st movie in DB, has ID 104 and I don't understand why are not labeled like others; back cover has "104-Attila_back.jpg" label. With label ID-104 there are another 2 movies with ID-175 and ID-428 on DB. Strange because I have not renumbered movies in DB. There are many other examples.
4. Problem persist with special characters from non-english names like "...Trinità" which is displayed "...Trinita". This is a happy case another are worse.
Sorry again but I have no solution.

Sorry, that was my fault... I had modified the html card without recognizing that function.
I will re-include it immediately. I think it will be back again in next release. |

Hi Alessio,
I have removed XMM from HDD and installed new release 7.0.4.7. Problem is still there but in other form: now there exist an inactive and useless icon "C:\Documents and Settings\DLT\My Documents\eXtreme Movie Manager 7\MovieCards\Thumbs\0.bmp". Since 7.0.4.5 there was "C:\Documents and Settings\DLT\My Documents\eXtreme Movie Manager 7\MyCollectionCard\Quick.png" for quick update from internet.
About special characters in actors name, nothing to do.

Regarding the Icons, Probably I have not included every picture in the update, please install the full release to get everything.
About the Photo Entry, this problem is when an actor has no name (maybe the script has not get the actor name correctly, so for XMM is unknown) this can be the reason why you have these filenames.
I will take a look...
