Posted - 21 Jul 2009 : 01:30:07 Ever since version 7 was released, i never had photos uploaded again. Nor actor, nor film covers. This also happened at the same time i installed XMM on an external drive. Must it be installed on C:? |

Posted - 25 Jul 2009 : 15:03:42 Check in Event Viewer Right Click My Computer>Manage>Event Viewer and look for any errors there that will have red or yellow marks. You may have other issues as the install works ok on my machines, so I would suspect a configuration problem on your PC..let us know what errors show up there and we can see what we can do to fix it. What OS are you running? If it is XP, Do ALL the Windows updates, run a virus scan and also a quick disk check. that's a good start :-) |

Posted - 25 Jul 2009 : 11:32:58 Hi again
Yes, i have downloaded a full version in a new folder. However i get an error insytalling it. And most of the times i get "exception errors" while uploading a new film
Concerning the pictures, i have mended it by unchecking Infarview |

Posted - 21 Jul 2009 : 08:26:34 Hi Guys,
Should be not a problem the drive where you install XMM, just be sure you have the right permission to write into it.
Do you receive error messages? Have you install the FULL release in a new folder (and not in the old 6.x)?

Posted - 21 Jul 2009 : 04:54:50 I would almost guess that it should be...It would be easy to check...run an install again and this time put it on C:\...but do you get any errors at all running it? I would also suspect that all the scripts to download stuff to it would point to C:\ by default.. |
