Posted - 24 Apr 2009 : 15:18:37 Hi Ale,
just three quick points about the new save layout feature;
1) there seems to be no option to overwrite/delete old layouts. This would be handy because it can get messy having to keep making new layouts with minor changes (eg. I move one window slightly) and then having to have to call them all "new 1, new 2, new 3 etc)
2) is there a way to auto-load the last layout when starting the program? It does not seem to load automatically the last layout I use
3) Is there a way to save the column layout in the Main Grid view? It does not seem to save the columns I want for some reason (or maybe they were reset when I update version? I'm not sure)

Thank you,

Posted - 24 Apr 2009 : 15:42:34 Sorry to double post but I thought of something else; is there a method to quickly add/remove columns in the main grid maybe with a tick box style or something other then drag drop? Just top make things like removing multiply columns/adding multiply columns quicker/easier. |

Posted - 24 Apr 2009 : 15:40:53 Hi Ale,
I found the bug by accident for point 3)
if you delete a movie/episode then when the screen refreshes it adds all possible columns to the Main Grid (very annoying because you then have to manually delete each one by one). Not sure why this is happening.
Edit: It also deletes the "Quick Access Toolbar" shortcuts that have been added |

Posted - 24 Apr 2009 : 15:38:20 Hi,
I will try to add this feature in next release.
For now you can manually delete layouts, just cancel the subfolders of layouts folder.
about point 2 and 3, XMM should automatically save and remember it.
I will try to find the bug.
