The xvid codec reader has some kind of error on large avi files

Originally, avi files were limited to 2 gig - but that is an old standard.

I have some 3 and 4 gig avi files, xvid codec, and emm reports incorrect
kbps on these large files.

Example
The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring extended edition (2001)
with g-spot it says runtime 3:48:08 frames 328,165 kbps 1763

whereas with emm the kbps says 463

I encoded this at 1750 kbps so g-spot is much nearer the real kbps

The codec program needs the 2 gig limit removing
