 Importing from CZFD.CZ.TXT mixes up code pages

When trying to import from CZFD.CZ.TXT, it is possible to see all info correctly displayed. But the actual information is then displayed in a wrong code page with completely wrong characters.
Changing to czech.ini does not help.

Similarly, searching for a title in correct Czech charactersachieves the wrong result, and the Czech side must be getting the wrong characters.

Try Bílá Paní and CZFD.CZ.TXT will not find it.
But inputting Bila Pani will enable you to find the 1965 title, however importing it ends up with nonsense.

I HAVE HUNDREDS OF CZECH FILMS!!!!!!!!!!!
Please HELP!
