I have been using XMM for well over a year (started using 4.8) with no problems. Until I updated to 5.7.8.0, now I can't download any movie info. XMM can access the internet, because it shows options for download using the chain I made (IMDB(Complete)+DVDEMPIRE). But when I click "Take selected links", I get the error * "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.5". I click "OK" and then get the * "Error downloading the WebPage, Try again or Stop import?". If I click "OK" here, I get the same remote server error and this just keeps going back and forth between these two *s until I click "Cancel" on the try again *. Then I get a * telling me that XMM cannot connect to the internet. ??????
Any ideas? I use ZoneAlarm Pro and have given XMM 5.7.8.0 full access to my computer, but it is still not working. |

The problem seems to be with the "IMDB Link" field - the URLs are doubled up.
The multiple change to remove "Set all movies as not web imported" doesn't work, so the only way to clear these fields is to do it individually or via Access. |

Hi,
please try to import a movie without use the chain, maybe use the imdb fastest script, and let me know if you still receive errors.
