Posted - 10 Mar 2007 : 19:50:28 Since applying the 5.7.6.0 update I am not able to perform a database backup. When I try, I receive the * "Backup NOT Complete."
The error occurs both with manual backups and with the option to make a backup on the start of XMM.
Thanks! |

I was able to resolve my backup problem by performing a full install of 5.7.8.
It looks like you made significant changes where files are stored. Installing only the version updates didn't move any data to the new file locations.
I noticed you recommended a full install in other problems so I gave it a try too.
Thanks |

Posted - 16 Mar 2007 : 15:33:47 The easiest way to perform a backup is simply to copy the folder called "Databases" to another location somewhere on your hard drive. If you have to reinstall for any reason, all you need do is to copy that folder to C:\Program Files\eXtreme Movie Manager.
