Hi,

I am a registrieter customer. I always installed the most current one version of XMM. Open none with me leave the beta 5 versions. The installation runs error free. If I want to open the program, nothing happens. (doubleclick on desktopsymbol or also directly from the program directory). I installed XMM runtims. Last to the installation receive I several times the message a newer version of the file is already present.Am end to the installation receive I the following message: Unable ton of registers the DLL/OCX: DLL register server export emergency found. Thank you

Hi,

I really don't know what to say, it's really strange that XMM will do absolutely nothing when you launch it (no errors, nothing).

Please write me what Windows do you have, and what PC do you have.

Thank you,

Alessio

Hi,
I again installed XMM. In "C/programme/..." it tried also with "C/...". But unfortunately do not start the program. I have the anti-virus program and the Firewall stopped. Helps nothing. MfG, TVWorld

Hi,

Please install XMM 5.1 in a new folder. You should NOT receive any error message about OCX or DLL because XMM doesn't install any file of this type in your Windows Folder.

Please let me know and sorry for my delay.

Alessio
